Add Lagos Life to iPhone or iPad
- Open lagoslife.app in Safari. If you are using Chrome on iPhone, the game directs you to Safari for this setup.
- Tap Safari's Share button. Its position can differ between browser layouts.
- Select Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
- Find the Lagos Life icon on your home screen and open it. Sign in with your existing account if prompted.
The result is a browser-based app or shortcut, not a separate App Store edition. Adding an icon does not create another character or change the birth lottery.
If Add to Home Screen is missing, first check that the page is open in Safari itself rather than inside a social app. You can still play from the browser while sorting out the icon.
Add Lagos Life to Android
- Open lagoslife.app in Chrome.
- If the game offers Install Lagos Life, tap it and accept the browser's installation prompt.
- Otherwise, open Chrome's menu and look for Install app or Add to Home screen. The wording depends on the browser and device.
- Open the new icon and check that it leads to Lagos Life. Use the same account to continue your saved life.
If Chrome offers no installation option, continue in the browser. A missing install prompt does not by itself mean you need an APK or a new account.
Is there an official APK or store app?
The official installation route verified for this guide is the website and its browser installation prompt. We have not verified a separate developer-issued APK or native store edition. A store listing with a similar name is insufficient evidence that it belongs to this game; check whether the official site or developer actually links to it.
Browser installation may store website files and settings on your device. It does not mean the game works offline or that it is a separate downloadable release. Keep an internet connection for account and multiplayer features.

Home-screen installation and notifications are different
Having an icon does not automatically turn notifications on. The game checks browser support and permission separately. On iPhone, its notification flow requires home-screen installation first.
If notifications fail:
- Open the game from the installed home-screen icon on iPhone.
- Check whether site notifications are blocked in browser settings.
- If the game says notifications are unsupported, continue playing and check messages inside the game.
Notification support varies by device and browser. Follow the message your device displays; the notification checks do not establish a minimum operating-system version for the entire game.
